These risks and dangers include but are not limited to injury and illness including bodily injury, fractures, disease strains, partial and/or total paralysis, heat stroke, heart attack, eye injury, blindness, and other injuries or illnesses that could cause disability. I agree to use proper safety practices including, but not limited, never shining at a person or animal, assuring batteries are safely charged, assuring batteries are in good health and within the performance requirements of the light. These dangers and risks may be directly or indirectly, foreseeably or unforeseeably caused by negligence of owners, employees, officers, or agents of Silent Thunder Ordnance LLC, the negligence of participants or others, accidents, forces of nature, breaches of contract or other causes. I agree that I understand all dangers and risks involved with the activity of high power illuminators or any other device and/or use of products or equipment purchased or received from Silent Thunder Ordnance LLC and agree to take full responsibility and assume all dangers, risks, damages, or losses involved regardless of cause whether be in part or wholly by negligence or any other conduct of owners, employees, officers, or agents of Silent Thunder Ordnance LLC or any other person.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, my heirs, and any other persons involved, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify, Silent Thunder Ordnance LLC and it's owners, employees, officers, or agents from any and all claims, actions or losses for property damage, bodily injury, wrongful death, loss of service or otherwise which may arise out of my or anyone else's participation in any activities or use of equipment or products purchased or received from Silent Thunder Ordnance LLC. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for any negligent acts or other conduct by owners, employees, officers, or agents of Silent Thunder Ordnance LLC.

I have read the above waiver and release and by signing it agree it is in my intention to agree to it and follow it fully in understanding that I am exempting and relieving Silent Thunder Ordnance LLC from all liability for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death caused by negligence or any other cause.
